Branson, America’s live entertainment capital and one of the most popular family vacation destinations in the United States, is rolling out the red carpet to its newest attraction — the Branson Platinum Visa card.
The card is issued by First USA, one of the nation’s leading credit card providers.
The card features a number of Cardmember benefits, including discounts, special offers and preferential treatment at local theaters, attractions, restaurants and lodging and retail establishments.
“Each year, millions of people visit Branson because of the unique combination of entertainment, shopping and outdoor activities we offer for the whole family,” said Steve Presley, Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member and co-owner of one of Branson’s original music shows, “Presley’s Country Jubilee.” “The Branson Platinum Visa Card offers many benefits that will make the Branson experience even more enjoyable for our visitors.”
The Branson Visa card is available in three designs for consumers to select from, and both Platinum and Classic cards are available. Internet users will soon be able to apply for the card on-line at the First USA (http://www.firstusa.com) Web site. Applications will also be offered via direct mail later this summer.

The Branson Platinum Visa card features a 5.9 percent introductory interest rate for five months, followed by a competitive 16.9 percent fixed; a credit line from $5,000 to $100,000, a money-saving balance-transfer option; and 24-hour, toll-free customer service support.
