Payment Options

A new study has found that 85% of consumers would consider the pay-at-the-table option when dining. Consumers told the researchers that security concerns are so deep seated and peace of mind is so critical to them that they will forgo traditional payment systems in exchange for the added security offered through other payment options. The Market Strategies “2007 MSInsight Financial Services” study also found that 23% of consumers believe they may have been a victim of credit card fraud and that traditional payment systems, such as credit and debit
cards, are not adequately addressing their concerns.
