American Express is kicking off its “Realize the Potential” integrated marketing campaign to showcase the potential behind its “Membership Rewards” program. With this, AmEx is promoting its credit card points as a “Social Currency” allowing you, the ‘Cardmember,’ to connect to the people, experiences and things you love. As a ‘Cardmember,’ you can share items or experiences you redeemed Membership Rewards points for and take advantage of special weekly offers such as a “Flip UltraHD” Video Camera at 50% off the regular Membership Rewards redemption rate. You can see the promotion printed in national publications starting mid-March and on television and online ads in April.
