Standard Chartered Yatra Visa Platinum Makes India’s Nifty 9 Credit Cards

The Standard Chartered Yatra Visa Platinum is one of the most popular general purpose credit cards in India, based on new cards issued and is highly rated for cardholder satisfaction.

Rewards

The Standard Chartered Yatra Visa Platinum offers an on-going 10% cash back reward on all travel bookings made through yatra.com. The 10% cashback is on base fare for tickets booked on Yatra.com (max INR 250 for domestic & INR 750 for intl. tickets). There is also 10% cash back on hotel/holiday bookings on Yatra.com (max INR 1000), made with the Yatra Visa Platinum. Additionally, rewards of 2 points per INR 100 spend on regular purchases and 4 points per INR 100 spent on yatra.com

The number of transactions that can be undertaken for travel cash back is capped at 12 per calendar year and maximum of 4 per month.

Cardholders can earn a fuel surchange waiver of 1% on all fuel expenditures. The fuel surcharge waiver is subject to a maximum of INR 150 per month.

If travel plans change. cardholders receive waivers on Yatra cancellation fees for all tickets booked on yatra.com.

The Standard Chartered Yatra Visa Platinum carries a INR 499 annual fee. The interest rate is 41.88% for purchases and cash advances.

Cash advance fees, including ATMs, are 3% with a minimum of INR 300.

Late payment fees: INR 0 for statement outstanding balance less than or equal to INR 100. INR 100 for statement outstanding balance between INR 101 and INR 500. INR 500 for statement outstanding balance between INR 501 and INR 5,000. INR 700 for statement outstanding balance between INR 5,001 and INR 15,000. INR 800 for statement outstanding balance greater than INR 15,000.
